Yes. All signs use low-voltage 12V LED technology — completely safe to touch, no heat, no risk. Each sign arrives with a UK/AU plug, dimmer (where applicable), pre-drilled mounting holes, screws, and a step-by-step installation guide. Most installations take 15-30 minutes.
What is the warranty?+
Every Neon Brothers sign comes with a full 2-year warranty covering the LED, power supply, wiring, and frame. If anything fails within that period, we repair or replace at no cost. Just contact us with photos and your order number.
