Sign Installation Guide

Remove the sign from protective packaging. Check the acrylic backboard, LED tubes, and power adaptor for any damage. Plug in briefly to test that the sign illuminates. Keep the box for future transport.

Hold the sign against the wall at your desired location. Consider visibility, power outlet proximity (3m cable included), and wall type (drywall, brick, or timber). Use a level to ensure it is straight.

With the sign held in position, use a pencil to mark through the pre-drilled holes onto the wall. Remove the sign and place it face-down on a soft surface. Double-check your marks with a measuring tape.

Using a 6mm drill bit, drill pilot holes at each marked point. For brick or concrete, insert the wall anchors provided. For drywall, the included anchors grip directly. For timber, screws go straight in.

Screw the metal stand-off barrel into each wall anchor. Then align your sign and thread each stand-off pin through the acrylic backboard holes. Screw the decorative cap onto each pin to secure the sign 12mm from the wall.

Connect the power adaptor cable to the sign. Plug the adaptor into your wall outlet. Use the included dimmer remote to power on, adjust brightness, and set your preferred mode. Installation complete.

Carefully unpack all letters, mounting studs, template, and hardware. Check that all components are present and undamaged.

Tape the supplied paper template to the wall in your desired location. Use a spirit level to ensure it is perfectly straight.

Mark all fixing points through the template. Drill the required holes and insert the supplied wall anchors where needed.

Secure the threaded studs into each letter (if not pre-installed). Apply adhesive if specified for your sign.

Align each letter with the template and press the studs into the drilled holes. Ensure every letter sits flush and evenly spaced.

Carefully remove the template, clean the letters, and inspect the alignment. For illuminated signs, connect the power and test the lighting.

Check the lightbox, mounting brackets, fixings, and power cable before installation.

Hold the lightbox in position and mark all fixing points using a level.

Mark all fixing points through the template. Drill the required holes and insert the supplied wall anchors where needed.

Drill the wall and insert suitable anchors for your wall material.

Connect the sign to the power supply following local electrical regulations.

Turn the sign on and confirm that illumination is even and secure.

Clean the installation surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and debris. Ensure it is completely dry before mounting the letters.

Secure the supplied installation template in the desired location and use a spirit level to ensure perfect alignment.

Apply industrial-grade VHB tape, construction adhesive, or prepare the screw fixings depending on your chosen installation method.

Carefully align each letter with the template and press or secure it firmly into position.

Inspect the spacing and alignment of all letters. Make any necessary adjustments before the fixing fully sets.

Remove the template, clean the letters, and perform a final quality check to ensure a professional finish.

Ensure the glass or panel is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.

Lightly spray the glass with application solution or soapy water.

Lightly spray the surface with application solution to allow repositioning.

Use a squeegee to push out all water and air bubbles from the centre outward.

Once the vinyl has bonded, slowly peel away the transfer tape.

Leave the vinyl undisturbed for 24 hours before cleaning or heavy use.
