What are halo spacer letters?+
SS letters on hidden rods creating a floating effect with LED halo on wall. Quality = how well the rods are concealed.
Visible vs concealed spacers?+
10mm visible: rods seen from side. 15mm concealed: hidden from front. 20mm architectural: invisible from every angle.
Why 2700K LED?+
Warm golden glow that reads as ambient lighting, not signage. Standard for luxury hospitality and hotel lobbies.
What wall materials work?+
Plasterboard, timber, stone, concrete, brick, metal cladding. Wall type determines anchoring method.
Electroplated finishes?+
Brushed gold, rose gold, black titanium via PVD. Molecular bond, scratch-resistant, does not peel.
How thick should the shell be?+
1.2mm: minimum. 1.5mm: standard commercial. 2.0mm: architectural — visible substance on large letters.
Do you ship signs Australia-wide?+
Yes. All signs are custom made and shipped tracked to any address in Australia — Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and regional areas. Signs are packed flat with protective backing to prevent damage during transit.
Can they go outdoors?+
304: standard outdoor inland. 316: coastal within 5km of ocean. Salt air destroys 304 in 3–5 years.
